Sam has been playing in the Denver blues scenes since the 90s, playing and recording with local legends like Willie Houston and Ace Butler. Now based in Nederland, CO, Sam Bass is returning to the stage with his trio and featuring guests, playing classic blues while also playing funk, jazz, rock, country, and soul.
A Fresh Sound in Rockies
The Sam Bass Trio is focused on bringing back an old-school style of Blues; a fresh sound in the Colorado music scene. Although Sam is playing classic blues, the goal of every show is to get the people dancing. The trio plays a fun selection of dancy, upbeat songs, while also mixing in some songs to get you feeling Blue, creating a fun, amazing experience at every show.
